Refund policy

At Andwi Lakay, your satisfaction is important to us. However, because we sell food and consumable products, we must follow strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Once food products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee how they are handled, stored, or exposed. To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returned items or resell any food products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All spices, epis, sauces, and food products

  • Opened or unopened items

  • Promotional or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
